At KSU Place, residents can enjoy programs including safety awareness, educational topics and social events. Also, KSU Place has great amenities and apartment features which complement any lifestyle.

Individual leases are offered for the benefit of both parents and students. Each student is responsible for their own contract in the event that a roommate moves out. You may review a sample contract or access a copy of the parent/sponsor guaranty on the Forms page of our website. If your child cannot fulfill his or her lease for any reason, he or she will need to find a replacement or request a lease cancellation.  Cancellation terms are listed in the Housing Contract.
