Need access to Online Leasing? This system allows you, the resident, to complete your housing application, pay fees, choose roommates and manage the complete housing process.
Student must be 18 years of age to access online leasing. Contact leasing@KSUHousing.com for leasing if you are under 18 yrs of age.

2012-2013 Important Dates and Information
January 10th- Leasing for Incoming Freshman Begins
January 17th- Feb. 27th - Current Residents Renew Same Room
Feb 28th - March 7th - Pull In Requests for Returning Residents- (Same Bed Renewals can “Pull In” Returning Residents-voluntary and displaced- all parties to agree) In Office
March 12th- March 15th -Displaced 1000 Building Residents Choose Rooms ( Floors 3rd, 4th, 5th)
March 16th - March 27th- All Displaced Residents Choose Rooms
March 28th – April 2nd- Voluntary Transfers Choose Rooms
April 3rd - - Upper-class Open Leasing Begins
If you are a current resident of University Village building 1000 (floors 3rd, 4th 5th),your room is not available to be renewed. You will be given an opportunity online to choose another room on campus to reserve for the 2012-2013 term. Please note that you will be required to vacate your room on July 28th and then move into your new room on the new contract start date. You will not be charged a transfer deposit.
If you are a current resident of KSU Place Phase I building D or Phase II buildings 100 and 200, University Village buildings 2000, and 6000, or University Village Suites buildings 3000 and 4000 your room is currently not available to be renewed. Between the dates 3/16/12 and 3/27/12 you will have an opportunity online to choose another room on campus to reserve for the 2012-2013 term. Please note that you will be required to vacate your room on July 28th and then move into your new room on the new contract start date. You will not be charged a transfer deposit.
If you are a current resident and are choosing to reserve a different room on campus for the 2012-2013 term, you will have the opportunity to do so between 3/28/12 and 4/2/12. Please contact the leasing office during the above period to choose your new room. You must be prepared to pay the transfer deposit at the time that you reserve.
